Ad Film

This fun film started off as a music video (and still pretty much is). In Tamil, Hushaar means ‘be careful’ or ‘be alert’. Kicking off as a single-take concept, the basic idea of the film was that there is a Godly figure influencing all the situations where one person either gets what they want or gets away with something after giving the other person the Luv It chocolate. And therefore, be careful – someone might just hand you a LuvIt and you will be taken for a ride.

Having the warm and friendly Siddharth Narayan in the film was a delight in itself as he played a charming Bruce Almighty handing chocolates to unsuspecting targets. All the different sets with their unique situations were parallely placed and designed in minimal pop colours complimenting the LuvIt brand colours.

The catchy music is composed by the one and only Santhosh Narayanan, who cracked the whole track in a matter of 30 minutes! What a guy.

Fun fact: The pink beetle you see in the ad is actually a miniature toy car.
