BEHIND THE SCENES
A glimpse behind the scenes of our film for the Egypt region, created as part of a three-film series for the Suqia Foundation this Ramadan & Eid.
The film explores light and shadow as a storytelling device, following a young Egyptian girl navigating harsh realities and the transformative impact of water. Every element in the installation was carefully considered, including the water containers, selected for their relevance to the region and the realities of water scarcity, and simulated for the set. As these objects came together, their shadows formed a powerful image representing what her life could be with the presence of water.
